Prices vary depending on the menu and the size of the group.
Classes are conducted in both Swahili and English and are held in a community with both traditional and contemporary kitchens with well-fenced security and a tidy atmosphere. We provide courses for cooking:

1. Pilau & Biriyani
A lightly spiced rice with cardamom, cumin seed, cinnamon, and cloves. Biriyani with chicken, beef, or goat is frequently utilized for festivities and special dinners.

2. Wali wa nazi.
Rice cooked with fresh coconut milk, with the coconut grated.This is not what it sounds like.

3. Mahamri- Deep-fried triangular doughnuts.

4. Ugali
Is a basic cuisine derived from maize meal. It resembles a thick dough. Pairs nicely with beef stew, fish stew, and nyama choma (grilled meat, goat, or chicken).

5. Chapati
Dough made with whole wheat flour, water, and oil. Then rolled like a roti.
Typically served alongside beef stew, chicken stew, or curry and coconut milk beans.
Kaimati Cassava Chai, etc.
